Membership Benefits

Annual Cleanup
We rent trucks and dumpsters and get rid of a massive amount of junk that the County no longer picks up. We do this with volunteers, dues and donations.

Social Events
Easter Egg Hunt, 4th of July Parade, International Potluck, Fall Festival, Halloween Parade, National Night Out, etc.

FREE notary service to members.

Neighborhood Directory
Phone numbers and emails, Youth Services, Resident Business Services

Neighborhood Watch
Keeps crime low!

Parks and Natural Areas
Our volunteers work on invasive plant removal and coordinate with the County on improvements to our parks and natural areas, such as the recently renovated Turtle Park.

Community Voice
Our vibrant Association (more than 80% on most streets) provides a community voice to the Braddock District Council and public issues such as roads, traffic, and zoning.
